    Mid-market Sales Manager at Hubspot

    Starting her career as a Speech and Language Therapist before then weaving into medical sales and now landing (and staying!) in tech sales, Lucy has experienced a number of different workplace settings and team dynamics. Now managing a team largely made up of Gen Zers working largely remotely across both the UK and Ireland, Lucy's particularly interested in how to support Gen Zers adopt great mental health practices and a sense of freedom and autonomy whilst accelerating their career in a fast paced tech sales environment.

    Sales Manager at Hibob

    Christina has many years experience managing sales teams from various generations, including Gen Z and Millennial. She is currently a Sales Manager at Hibob and has had an illustrious career working at the likes of Kubrick Group and Gartner (to name a few). She is passionate about creating a nurturing and supportive environment for her teams and enabling her GenZ teammates to thrive and fulfil their potential.

    Junior Content Creative

    Mia-Ella  is a junior content creative at the creative content agency OK COOL, specialising in TikTok. She is responsible for creating content that connects clients to GenZ culture. She works with a number of OK COOL’s key clients including Disney. Prior to joining OK COOL, Mia-Ella got her degree in Fashion, Media and Promotion from the University of Creative Arts. She is also the founder of her own business ‘Miagic’, creating AR filters to help brands build a personable experience with their customers, as well as filming TikTok content.
